Description
The name for this BOMMA series, which is based on fundamental geometrical forms, is derived from the Greek term for “appearances.” Plato’s ideas hold that objects are merely fleeting representations of perfect, eternal forms and are therefore essentially unreal. A appropriate moniker for anything made of glass, a substance that is powerful but delicate, flexible yet stiff. These lighting fixtures are hand-blown into unique shapes that blend transparent and coloured glass in a variety of intriguing sizes. Gradually blown into the molten mass, as if giving this collection life, the colour gradient is produced. The crystal light’s wonderfully smooth design is highlighted by a chic polished mounting, emphasising a faultless fusion of aesthetics and materials.
