A collection of outdoor lamps designed by Matteo Ugolini and produced by Karman is called Cell.
The first lanterns flew in the sky in China over two thousand years ago. As Cell tightens the air with a thin metal wire, or in the new bronze version, with a cage of light that enhances its strength, it traces the structure and spirit of the object. A luminous heart lampshade is made from linen for the indoor version and from opaline plexiglass for the outdoor version, finished with a white or black silk tassel for the bronze version.
