Designed by Arik Levy, the fixture's single-socket housing hangs from a smooth disc ceiling mount via a fabric cord, creating a simple structure offset with an intricate shade of hand-woven wire. In this shade, parallel lines of wires are tucked across each other in a tartan pattern, which transforms the lamping from a bright glare to a pleasant ambient glow.
