The renowned Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer famously stated of his creations: "I'm not drawn to straight lines or right angles. Men's invention, inflexible and stiff. The open, sensual curvature is what really draws me in. The arc I perceive is there in the winding paths of our rivers, the sky's clouds, and the body of your beloved woman. The entire cosmos is composed of curves. Designer Dodo Arslan was moved to honour one of the forefathers of contemporary architecture by creating the "Oscar" lighting collection, which pays homage by adopting Niemeyer's distinctive sensual curves. The glass orb of the Oscar table lamp is carefully supported by curving brass. Offered in rose gold, nickel, brass, black, white, and gold plating.
