Marc Sadler created the Lafleur Battery Operated Table Lamp by Slamp as a way of looking beyond the known and finding a new compositional language using Slamp’s technopolymers. With a two-dimensional sheet of Lentiflex® heated, each lamp is hand-molded into a unique three-dimensional blossom, capturing and dispersing a warm, energy-efficient layer of light throughout its fluid form and individual pistils. A magnetic base, rechargeable batteries, and a metal anchor give this poetic piece a practical sense of adaptability, allowing it to be taken almost anywhere.
